The sun arises from his slumber long,
flame of the forest erupts with fiery blooms;
the world of green adorns vibrant hues,
heralding the end of wintry gloom.
Golden light pierces the misty shroud,
under azure skies blossoms nature’s youth;
the forest alight with a resplendent gleam,
as diamonds of frost yield pearls of dew.
And one of spring’s many quirks,
is the discordant harmony of hoots and chirps;
birds of prey soar through cerulean skies,
in tree nooks and shrubs endearing squirrels lurk.
The melody of life unfolds like a tapestry,
I witness in silent reverie the vivid scene;
Verdant emerald and chartreuse unfurl with grace,
the season’s rhythmic symphony of green.
